What to expect
An adult club tournament in Dubai run by the city's own hockey association, which describes it as the longest-standing hockey tournament in the Middle East and draws teams from most of the traditional hockey countries. It is the only adult listing in the Middle East & Africa index, and that is the honest state of what is findable rather than a sample: the other adult competition in the region is league play or national-team play, and neither belongs in a tournament directory. Almost nothing about the weekend is published -- no venue beyond the city, no division list, no game guarantee and no entry fee, and the only price on the club's site is its league season fee, which is not this tournament. Earlier editions took around twenty teams into two divisions.
