Publishing is free and stays free. What you fill in here is what the GameVoyaGrade reads — your fee, your refund class, your hotel policy and your game guarantee — and it is checked against your own event page before it goes live.

Most listings in the index were compiled by our researchers from public event pages. If yours is already here, submitting it under the same organization name claims the record and hands you the details. Everything below is what teams ask us before they commit a travel budget.

Listing is free. GameVoya Listed costs nothing, ever, and carries the full GameVoyaGrade and open reviews. GameVoya Verified at $149 a month buys a verified marker, official details you control and the right to answer reviews in public, and GameVoya Single Event at $249 buys the same thing for one tournament, once, with no subscription to start or cancel; a GameVoya Spotlight placement at $149 per tournament buys a labelled band above the ranked index. Neither changes your GameVoyaGrade or your Attendee Rating, and both are chosen further down this form. Every price.

Know Before You Pay

Every published listing carries a GameVoyaGrade out of 100 from the day it goes live, worked out from what you publish here — your fee against the median for your sport, your refund class, your hotel policy, your game guarantee and the exposure you can stand behind. Nothing in it is inferred, and nothing left blank is counted against you; a blank simply scores in the middle and is shown as unpublished.

Exposure

Tick only what you actually provide. Every submission is checked against your event page before it publishes, and a claim we cannot find there is removed rather than scored.

Leaving all of these unticked costs you nothing. Unpublished exposure scores at the middle of the range, so an event that does not sell itself on being scouted is not marked down for saying so.

Membership and placement

Optional, both of them. GameVoya Listed is free and is what this listing gets if you skip this section entirely — it is graded, reviewable and yours to correct either way. Nothing is charged as you fill this in: once the listing is filed you can settle a fee by card on the processor's own hosted page, or leave it to the invoice we send after a researcher has checked the submission against your own event page. A listing we cannot verify is never billed.

GameVoya Single Event is one fee for this tournament, held for 12 months, with no renewal and nothing to cancel — pick it if this is the only event you run. The two subscriptions are monthly and cancellable at the end of any month. Whichever ends, dropping back to GameVoya Listed removes the badge, the analytics and the response tools — never your listing, your GameVoyaGrade or your reviews. Running dozens of events? Enterprise is quoted per organization.
