GameVoyaWhere Every Game Begins.

Find. Compare. Play.

684 youth and adult tournaments across 12 sports and 35 countries, every one reduced to the same figures: cost per guaranteed game, what the refund terms actually say, and who is in the stands watching.

Know Before You PayEvery listing carries a GameVoyaGrade out of 100 from the day we file it, graded on the organizer’s own published price, terms and exposure. The Attendee Rating beside it is separate, out of five, and comes only from the coaches, parents, players, officials and scouts who were there.

Which index are you in?

Each index is ranked on its own prices — an adult weekend against adult entry fees, a youth weekend against youth ones — so the order changes with the choice. Adult listings are graded on cost and terms alone, without the exposure component that only means something to a junior player.

Want your tournament in one of those spots?

$149 per tournament, paid once for that event, and every channel below is included at that figure — there are no sizes, durations or tiers to price, so the number you read here is the number on the invoice. Your listing keeps the GameVoyaGrade it earned and is labelled sponsored wherever the placement puts it.

  • Top placement for one sport, age group or location
  • Featured placement in Upcoming Tournaments
  • Inclusion in an email campaign to teams filtering that sport
  • Social promotion
  • Homepage feature
  • Retargeting advertisements off the index

What it does not buy: a GameVoyaGrade, a place in the ranked order, or a search you do not match. Filters run before placements, so a spotlit hockey event is absent from a soccer search.

“Is this worth the money?” answered before you spend it.

Know Before You Pay

Three components out of a hundred in the youth index, two in the adult one, plus a letter, published in full on every listing from the day we file it. It reads the organizer’s own published record — price, terms, exposure — so it is there while a team is still deciding, which is when the decision is actually made.

Read the full method
  1. 41

    points

    1. What it really costs

Entry fee converted to a common currency and divided by guaranteed games, then compared against the median for that sport. Priced at the middle of the range when the organizer publishes no fee, because most of them quote on application.

  2. 37

    points

    2. What you sign up to

Refund terms, whether a hotel block is mandatory, how many games are actually guaranteed, and whether we have verified the organizer runs the events they advertise.

  3. 22

    points

    3. Who sees the player

Scouts and college coaches in the stands, showcase formats, streaming, game video, live stats, and whether results carry on to a championship. Scored from what the organizer publishes; an event that says nothing is not marked down for it.

Those weights are the youth index’s. Adult listings are graded on the first two components only, rescaled to the same hundred, on a wider cost band and letter bands 6 points lower — Adult players enter themselves, so there are no scouts to publish and no bracket to advance to — an exposure score would separate nothing and the grade is clearer without it. It makes the adult figure simpler and slower to condemn a thin published record, which is the normal case in that half of the directory. How the two profiles differ.

And separately: the Attendee Rating

Out of five, from people who were actually there

Coaches, managers, parents, players, officials and scouts who attended. Never the organizer. Moderated before publication, broken into organization, officiating, value and venue, and pulled toward the directory average until enough teams have filed that the figure can stand on its own — which is what stops one glowing review buying a top spot. It is kept out of the GameVoyaGrade entirely, so the grade cannot be moved by sentiment and the rating cannot be moved by price. Most listings read “not yet rated” here, and that is a statement about our review coverage rather than about the event.

Independence

Not for sale, at any tier

Organizers can pay for tools, exposure, verification and insight. They cannot pay for a grade.

GameVoya makes money from organizers — subscriptions, inspections and labelled placements. If you are here to choose a tournament rather than to sell one, this is the part that matters to you: the five things below are not on the price list, and each one is a mechanism in the code rather than a promise in a policy.

  • A better GameVoyaGrade

The grader never reads a plan, a fee or a certificate. Publishing more facts moves a grade; paying us does not.

  • A better Attendee Rating

It is a moderated average of what attending teams and scouts filed. Organizers cannot file one, and no tier can edit or remove one.

  • A higher rank

Sponsored events are lifted into a labelled band above the table, never sorted up inside it. The ranked order is the grade’s.

  • A place in a search you do not match

Filters run before placements. Filter to soccer and a sponsored hockey event is absent.

  • Publication

Paid or free, a submission joins the same moderation queue, and a claim that is not on your own event page is corrected or refused.

All five are properties of the code rather than promises. The grader takes the published record and a per-sport median and has no argument a payment could arrive through; placements are lifted out of the ranked table instead of sorted up inside it; and filters run before placements. The full arithmetic is on the methodology page, which is where to check us rather than take our word.

For team managers and coaches

Plan the season, not one weekend

Nobody enters one tournament. A manager enters six or eight across a season, against one budget, one age group and one tolerance for driving — and every figure that decides it is a figure about the set: what the whole season costs, what it costs per guaranteed game, which two events collide on the same weekend, which registration closes next. A listing page cannot show you any of that, because it does not know about the other seven.

A GameVoya Team Account is where that lives. Add the weekends you are weighing up from any listing, mark each one shortlisted, registered, played or passed on, and the planner totals the money, converts the currencies, catches the date clashes, averages the GameVoyaGrade across the plan and names the higher-graded alternatives to the weakest event in it.

Freealways, no paid tier

A GameVoya Team Account is free, gates nothing in the directory, and is not joined to what you browse. It takes an email address, a password and nothing else — every other field is optional and the planner works with all of them blank.

What the planner does

  • A season, costed

Add the weekends you are considering and the planner totals the entry fees, converts them to one currency and prints the cost per guaranteed game across the whole season — the same figure the index ranks on, for the set rather than for one row.

  • The trip around the weekend, not just the entry fee

Every weekend in a season opens a panel with four lines: the airports within 75 miles of the venue, hotels within 15, car rental within 25, somewhere to eat within 5, and a link that drops the venue straight into Uber or Lyft. Each one books on the operator's own site and then holds what you agreed — seats, legs, nights, rooms, days, vehicles, people, rate, confirmation number. The flights and hotels lines price the real thing for that weekend's dates too: seats out of the airport you name and rooms bookable on those exact nights, quoted live by the provider rather than priced by us, with no room held and no seat held. What the season totals is still the figure you came back and recorded. The trip totals beside the entry fees rather than inside them, so the season prints an all-in figure without touching the cost per guaranteed game the index ranks on. We take no booking, no commission and no referral from any of it.

  • Date collisions, caught early

Two events on the same weekend is the mistake that costs a deposit. Every pair of dates in a season is compared and any overlap is named on the page, including the ones a month apart in the listing order.

  • The next deadline, not the next event

Registration closes long before a weekend starts, and the order those deadlines fall in is rarely the order the events do. The planner sorts by what closes next and says how long is left.

  • The grade of the plan

The average GameVoyaGrade across a season, and the weakest listing in it. A season is a portfolio, and one C weekend among seven Bs is worth seeing before the cheque rather than after.

  • Better weekends than the ones you picked

Every listing in a season is compared with the same-sport alternatives that grade higher, exactly as a listing page does — so the question "is there a better version of this weekend" is answered for the whole plan at once.

  • The reviews you owe

Mark a weekend played and the planner offers the review form for it, prefilled with the event. That is the only place the two halves of the product meet: the plan is yours, the review goes through the same moderation queue as everybody else’s.

What an account is not

Not a paywall
The account is free and there is no paid tier of it. Nothing in the directory is behind it: every grade, every review and every comparison is on the open pages, and the planner reads the same published listings you can already see without signing in.
Not joined to what you browse
The pageview table has no account column and must never get one. The key that counts a visitor is hashed with the calendar day so it cannot become a history, and an account that could be joined to one would undo that in a single migration.
Not a review that counts for more
A review filed from a season is an ordinary review: same form, same moderation queue, same arithmetic, and nothing records that an account filed it. A signed-in manager cannot move a rating a stranger could not.
Not sold, and not a mailing list
No contact detail here is passed to an organizer, a hotel, a registration platform or anybody else. Deadline email is off until you turn it on, and turning it off stops it.

4 lines, one venue

Plan the whole trip in one place

One weekend is never one bill. It is seats on a plane, four rooms for two nights, two vans for three days and twenty people fed on the Saturday — and until now that meant six open tabs, none of which knew where the rink was. Plan all of it against the tournament itself: every line is measured from that venue, and the season totals what you agreed beside the entry fees.

Those names are here to say what these links open, and nothing more. None of them is a partner, an advertiser or an affiliate: we have no arrangement with any airline, hotel, rental company or restaurant, none of them pays to appear, and no link carries a referral code. Hotels and restaurants are whatever is mapped near that particular venue, so which names come back is the map's answer rather than ours — and where a room rate or a fare is shown, the figure is a provider's live quote for your dates rather than a price we set, marked up or were paid to print.

Start a season

VoyaTrip AI

Find the weekend, plan the trip

Ask for the tournaments that fit your team, the trip around a weekend you are weighing up, and what your season looks like once it is all added up.

Find the tournaments that fit
Sport, division, age group, region, a city, a ceiling on cost per guaranteed game, a floor under either rating, no mandatory hotel block — it searches the published index on the same filters the table uses and reads back the GameVoyaGrade, the Attendee Rating and the cost per game for each hit. Ask it to narrow, widen or re-sort and it runs the search again rather than trimming a list it already had.
Compare them, and name the better one
Up to four side by side on the figures that decide it, and it will say which listing out-grades the one you asked about instead of presenting a neighbour as an upgrade. Where a grade and a rating disagree it says so — a well-run weekend that is dear and a cheap one that was chaos are the two most informative listings in the index, and an average of the pair would delete exactly that.
Plan the trip around it
Airports within 75 miles of the venue, hotels within 15, rental desks within 25 and somewhere to eat within 5 — measured from that venue's own coordinates, nearest first, with the handoff to the operator's own site. It totals what you have written down against the entry fees and tells you what the weekend actually costs, per guaranteed game and all in.
Keep the season and the profile
Signed in, it reads your seasons and your profile and works from them without being told twice: your sport, your age group, your home city, how far you will drive and what you will spend per weekend all narrow a search on their own. It can draft a season, add or re-stage a weekend, write down a booking or fill in a profile field — each one as a button you press, never as something it did.

It cannot change a GameVoyaGrade or an Attendee Rating. It reads the same two figures every other surface reads, computed by the same functions in the same request. The grader takes a listing and a per-sport context and no third parameter, so there is nothing a conversation could pass it; the rating is a moderated average of what attending teams filed. Publishing a missing refund policy, hotel policy or game guarantee moves a grade. That is the whole list, and asking here has the same effect as asking nobody.

It cannot rank a paid listing higher. Its search is the index's own search: the same filters, then the same sorts, over the published set. No commercial column is in scope of the function that orders the results, a Spotlight placement is lifted into a labelled band rather than sorted to the top of one, and a placement an organizer bought on an event you filtered out stays out. Money buys the band, not the answer.

GameVoya Certified

Certification

Before you pay an entry fee, check whether somebody went and looked

GameVoya Certified is an annual inspection of one tournament across 10 areas — how the brackets are seeded, whether the schedule holds, who officiates, what the surfaces and dressing rooms are actually like, what the hotel requirement costs, and what the entry fee includes once you are there. An event that passes carries the mark above for a year. An event that does not, does not.

The organizer pays for the evaluation, never for the result. An inspection that does not meet the standard keeps the fee and earns no certificate.

That sentence is the whole product. An inspection that always ends in a certificate is a sticker with an invoice attached, and you would be right to ignore it. So an inspection ends in any of 6 awards, or in none of them: the organizer gets the written report either way, and if the standard was not met we publish nothing and keep the fee.

What an inspector looks at

  • Organization and communication
  • Competition level
  • Value for the entry fee
  • Scheduling reliability
  • Venue quality
  • Officiating
  • Hotels and travel burden
  • Safety
  • Refund policies
  • Parent and team experience
Not a rating.
The GameVoyaGrade is our arithmetic on what the organizer published and the Attendee Rating is what attending teams and scouts filed. A certificate is a third thing — a check we ran ourselves — and it is published beside both, never inside either.
Not a verdict on the absent.
Most events in the index have never been inspected, because certification is requested by the organizer and paid for per event. No mark means no inspection, not a failed one.
Not a paid grade.
It costs an organizer $750 per event per year and it buys the inspector’s time, not the outcome. The grader cannot read a certificate at all.

For tournament organizers

Your event is probably already in here. Take the listing over.

We compile listings from public organizer websites, which means the fees, dates and game counts are only as current as the last page we read. Submit your own record and it becomes the source of truth, with a verified marker once we confirm you run the event. Listing is free, permanently, and every listing is graded either way.

List or claim your event

  • Above the ranked table, never inside it
  • Absent from searches your event does not match
  • No effect on your GameVoyaGrade or on the ranking

Also available GameVoya Certified, an independent inspection of one event across ten areas, from $750 a year. You pay for the inspection, never for the result. GameVoya Pro, registration referrals and organizer intelligence are priced in full on the pricing page.

Every price, and what none of it buys

How the money works. Nothing is charged as you fill the form in. A fee can be settled by card afterwards, on the payment processor’s own hosted page, or left to the invoice we send the contact email you leave once the listing has cleared moderation — a submission we cannot verify against your event page is never billed either way, and paying early does not move it up the queue. Everything we sell is a tool, an inspection or an audience — never a better GameVoyaGrade, a higher Attendee Rating, a higher rank, a place in a search you do not match, or the removal of a review. All five are enforced in code, and the method page says how.
