Nothing on the four lists is ranked by anybody paying, and VoyaTrip books nothing.

Find the tournaments that fit

Sport, division, age group, region, a city, a ceiling on cost per guaranteed game, a floor under either rating, no mandatory hotel block — it searches the published index on the same filters the table uses and reads back the GameVoyaGrade, the Attendee Rating and the cost per game for each hit. Ask it to narrow, widen or re-sort and it runs the search again rather than trimming a list it already had.

Compare them, and name the better one

Up to four side by side on the figures that decide it, and it will say which listing out-grades the one you asked about instead of presenting a neighbour as an upgrade. Where a grade and a rating disagree it says so — a well-run weekend that is dear and a cheap one that was chaos are the two most informative listings in the index, and an average of the pair would delete exactly that.

Plan the trip around it

Airports within 75 miles of the venue, hotels within 15, rental desks within 25 and somewhere to eat within 5 — measured from that venue's own coordinates, nearest first, with the handoff to the operator's own site. It totals what you have written down against the entry fees and tells you what the weekend actually costs, per guaranteed game and all in.

Keep the season and the profile

Signed in, it reads your seasons and your profile and works from them without being told twice: your sport, your age group, your home city, how far you will drive and what you will spend per weekend all narrow a search on their own. It can draft a season, add or re-stage a weekend, write down a booking or fill in a profile field — each one as a button you press, never as something it did.

What asking here cannot do

Each of these is a mechanism rather than an assurance — the thing in the code that makes it so, which is the reason to believe it.

It cannot change a GameVoyaGrade or an Attendee Rating
It reads the same two figures every other surface reads, computed by the same functions in the same request. The grader takes a listing and a per-sport context and no third parameter, so there is nothing a conversation could pass it; the rating is a moderated average of what attending teams filed. Publishing a missing refund policy, hotel policy or game guarantee moves a grade. That is the whole list, and asking here has the same effect as asking nobody.
It cannot rank a paid listing higher
Its search is the index's own search: the same filters, then the same sorts, over the published set. No commercial column is in scope of the function that orders the results, a Spotlight placement is lifted into a labelled band rather than sorted to the top of one, and a placement an organizer bought on an event you filtered out stays out. Money buys the band, not the answer.
It cannot book anything, or quote a fare
Every operator it names is a handoff to that operator's own site or to a map pin, exactly as the trip panel's are — no affiliate link, no commission, no referral code and no reserved room. It has no priced lookup among its tools: the seats and rooms a provider quotes live are on the weekend's own panel, and this desk is handed the proximity lists and nothing else, so it will name the airports and the carriers and send you there to price them. Every trip figure it gives you is one you wrote down or one that panel quoted, never one it made up.
It cannot change your account on its own
A season, a shortlisted weekend, a booking and a profile field are all written by the account boundary that already existed, which authenticates every call on its own and refuses a row that is not yours. This desk has no write path to any of them: it returns a proposal, the page draws it as a button with the exact change on it, and pressing the button is what performs the write. Closing the tab performs nothing.
It cannot see anybody else's season
Signed out it reads the published index and nothing else, which is everything a visitor could see by browsing. Signed in, every read of a season, an entry or a profile resolves your bearer token to a manager id before it reads anything, and there is no function anywhere on the account side that takes a season id without one. Your plan is not training data, is not shown to an organizer, and is not joined to what you browse.
It cannot take a payment or a card number
Nothing in this box can charge anything and there is no field in it that takes a card. A team account is free, has no paid tier and gates nothing — neither of the two ratings is behind it and neither is any part of the planner. If anything here asks you for card details, it is not us.
