Know Before You Pay

C · Mixed on paper49/100

Middling, or thinly published. Check how many of the four terms facts this organizer actually put on the record before reading anything into the figure.

Grade components

Value for money26.3 / 52.6
Terms and transparency22.4 / 47.4

Cost and terms only, on a wider cost band and lower letter bands. Adult players enter themselves, so there are no scouts to publish and no bracket to advance to — an exposure score would separate nothing and the grade is clearer without it.

How this is calculated

How much of this is published

Partly published3 of 4

Some of the four terms facts are unpublished and score at the midpoint of their range. The grade is real but it is partly a statement about what has not been said.

The four gradeable facts are the entry fee, the refund policy, the hotel requirement and the guaranteed game count. Anything the organizer leaves out is priced at the middle of its range rather than counted against them — most operators quote on application, and a grade that punished silence would be reporting our own missing data as their failing.

Nobody who attended has filed a moderated review yet, so there is nothing to report. This is a statement about our review coverage, not about the event — the GameVoyaGrade beside it is published either way.

Organizers may answer a review in public, and their responses are labelled and shown. They are excluded from every average, count and return rate here, so an operator cannot move their own rating.

What to expect

The women's cup on the same weekend and the same ice as the men's Challenge Cup, in 30+ and 40+ brackets at B, C and D. It is filed as its own listing rather than as a note on the men's row because it is entered separately, has its own divisions and its own field: a captain assembling a women's 40+ roster is not choosing between these two. Every price on the operator's page reads "$Coming Soon" for 2027, so no entry fee is recorded; the deposit is $500. Hotels are offered as a package and a tournament-only entry excluding accommodation and meals is published beside it, so this row records no hotel requirement rather than leaving the policy unpublished.

The GameVoyaGrade above is published from this event’s own cost, terms and exposure, so it stands without reviews. The Attendee Rating does not: if you were there, yours would be the first and it would carry real weight.

This is the Attendee Rating — the half of a listing we cannot work out ourselves. It is filed by people who were at the event: coaches, managers, parents, players, officials and scouts. Organizers cannot file one, and the GameVoyaGrade never reads reviews at all.
