Know Before You PayC · Mixed on paper45/100
Middling, or thinly published. Check how many of the four terms facts this organizer actually put on the record before reading anything into the figure.
Grade components
Cost and terms only, on a wider cost band and lower letter bands. Adult players enter themselves, so there are no scouts to publish and no bracket to advance to — an exposure score would separate nothing and the grade is clearer without it.
How this is calculatedHow much of this is published
Thinly published0 of 4
Almost nothing is published, so the grade sits near the midpoint of every range by default. Read it as "unknown", not as "average".
The four gradeable facts are the entry fee, the refund policy, the hotel requirement and the guaranteed game count. Anything the organizer leaves out is priced at the middle of its range rather than counted against them — most operators quote on application, and a grade that punished silence would be reporting our own missing data as their failing.

Organizers may answer a review in public, and their responses are labelled and shown. They are excluded from every average, count and return rate here, so an operator cannot move their own rating.
What to expect
The thirty-eighth series, and its 2027 division weeks are published in full: Veterans 35+ and Masters 45+ from 16 October, Legends 53+ from the 23rd, Classics 60+ from the 30th, Vintage 65+ and Forever Young 75+ from 6 November, Timeless 70+ and Antiques 80+ from the 13th, and a women's weekend on 19 to 21 November the operator marks tentative. The dates recorded span the whole series because a team enters one week of it. The entry is not recorded: the operator states that 2027 fees are set in December 2026 and publishes only its 2026 figures, $4,395 for a member team and $4,995 for a non-member, and last season's price in the cost-per-game column would read as this season's quote. What is published for 2027 is the money calendar -- a $250 reservation deposit by 1 June, a $500 discount for paying in full by 27 August, and final payment by 20 September, which is the deadline recorded here. The deposit is non-refundable and no policy is published for the balance, so the refund column is left unpublished rather than read as a tier.

The GameVoyaGrade above is published from this event’s own cost, terms and exposure, so it stands without reviews. The Attendee Rating does not: if you were there, yours would be the first and it would carry real weight.
