What to expect
Five days of club maxibasketball in Parana, in five-year bands from 30 up to 70 for both men's and women's sides, in its twenty-sixth edition. It is the most completely published row in the adult index and the most useful for that reason: a minimum of three games, a minimum of four teams for a category to run at all -- below that the category is dropped and the entry returned -- and a fee that states what it buys, which is the match ball, twelve players and a coach, hydration, sports medical insurance and courtside first aid, three referees and officials, the floor, awards to third place, streamed finals with three referees, and the closing party. Accommodation is explicitly not included and no hotel is required, which is why this row is recorded as not stay-to-play rather than as unpublished. The entry price *is* published, in Argentine pesos -- 850,000 for a women's team rising to 900,000 after mid-September, 900,000 for a men's team rising to 980,000, plus 70,000 or 80,000 per extra player, half by bank transfer before mid-October and half in cash at accreditation. It is named here rather than recorded in the fee column because the currency table this directory converts with holds only two-decimal currencies at static reference rates, and a static rate for the peso would misprice the one column the whole comparison rests on.
