What to expect
The masters world championship, for competitors thirty and over, run over six days in Las Vegas across seven five-year bands and every belt -- the largest adult amateur event in the sport and the one most people over thirty actually enter. The 2026 entry was tiered at 143, 175 and 184 dollars depending on how early a competitor registered; the 2027 schedule is not published yet, so none is recorded rather than last year's carried across. Dates are the customary window at the turn of August and September.
