Stay-to-play for out-of-town teams: any team whose home rink is more than 75 miles (and over 1h15 drive) from the primary rink must book all rooms at Grinder Hockey approved hotels using the provided booking link and group code; families booking outside the block (including reward points or other discounts) risk disqualification. Local teams are exempt.
Refund terms
Entry fees and deposits are non-refundable for any reason once within 45 days of the event start date (2027 spring payment terms). PayPal payments carry a 4% service fee.
