Big Bear is stay-to-play: teams whose home rink is more than 70 miles / 1h15 drive away must book a tournament hotel block through Team Travel Source (rooms booked 14+ days out; room count must match application). Opt-out fee available. Coaches' comp nights at 13+ rooms for two consecutive nights.
Refund terms
Deposit ($500, due within 10 days of acceptance) is fully refundable up to 45 days before the event; entry fees are non-refundable within 45 days of the start of play. Last-minute forfeits are billed $500.
