Hotel requirements

Out-of-town teams (home rink more than 75 miles from the primary arena) must book through Hockey Time at a listed tournament hotel at the tournament rate, with a minimum of 24 paid room nights (30 average for teams using the Buy 1, Get 1 Free discount) and a 2-night minimum stay. Booking any other way, including with reward points, means expulsion with no refund. Teams within 75 miles have no room-night minimum. Hockey Time earns commission on these bookings. 13 hotels listed at $161-$215 per night.
Refund terms
Full refund only if withdrawn by email within 24 hours of registration. Afterwards $350 of any deposit or entry fee is non-refundable on receipt, and all monies are non-refundable if a team cancels within 45 days of the start date. 100% refund if a division does not fill (teams notified at least 21 days out). Full refund within 14 days if USA Hockey or local authorities force a COVID cancellation.
